It was great for icing and decorating a special cake that I made for my wife. However, since I am not a professional and have not done this before. I found there were no instructions to show me how to set it up. I kept looking for a piece to screw the tip on to fasten it to the bag. Finally I just decided to cut the tip off of the bag and drop the tip through and hope that would work for the small amount I had to do anyway...Later I found out from my wife that, that is what you're supposed to do anyway. Could have saved 10 minutes of brainstorming if I had instructions. Lol

This is a great set! It's perfect for frosting cupcakes. There are 4 different options included as well as a few bags to get you started. I was concerned using these tips to frost a large batch of cupcakes might be time-consuming, hurt my hands, or be difficult to use, but I am happy to say that wasn't the case. I found this to be very simple to use (there are written directions included or you can find a video tutorial on the Wilton website). In fact, I thought it was faster and easier than frosting by hand, and so much prettier!!! Very pleased!
